Upgrade performa ZR : CDI BRT vs CDI ori

Hello zrriders, nah kali ini mw bahas performa lagi, nah ki abrit ane udah pake CDI neo hyperband dari BRT yg dulu dikenal dengan CDI cibinong, soalnya emang asalnya dari sono,,:mrgreen:
Dulu ane beli di Langgan Variasi Tegal seharga Rp 335.000, niatnya sih pengin yg powermax dualband, apa daya adanya cuma neo hyperband, y termasuk produk lawas karena produksi taun 2009.
dari brosurnya sih di lengkapi dengan blue eyes, yaitu sensor lampu jika aki tekor/tegangan rendah akan nyala, terus alvp yg melindungi CDI jika tegangan rendah, lalu ada AKB 48 jg yaitu Anti Kick Back yg melindungi dari tendangan balik mesin karena pengapian maju, terus limitter juga sampai 13500rpm.
Ukuran lebih besar daari yg ori, sayang dulu g dapet stickernya padahal ane naksir stiker BRT.

Pengalaman ane pake CDI ini ketimbang CDI ori sih cukup memuaskan jg, yaitu :
1. Tarikan lebih enteng
2. BBM lebih irit sedikit
3. 0-60kpj dan 80-100kpj cepet naiknya

sedangkan klo pake yg ori :
1. nafas ngerasa lebih panjang walaupun ketahan limitter
2. BBM lumayan irit
3. unggul pas 60-80kpj

dulu waktu masih pake karbu standar dipadu dengan cdi BRT dan pertamina enduro racing pernah sampe 120kpj dan gas belum habis di jalan lingkar kendal-semarang.
Tapi performa lama2 setelah pake castrol go turun hingga cuma mentok sekitar 105kpj. Pas ganti cdi yg ori malah nambah jadi mentok 110kpj padahal ketahan limitter.
Tapi setelah ganti karbu rx100 belum sempet test top speed pake kedua CDI tersebut. mungkin klo ada waktu lagi.

    oli tiap sebulan sekali gnti pake enduro 4t racing
    ya servisnya cuma gnti oli aja om

      • Thank you for answer me. Great blog. A friend in Indonesia can send it to me but I need to know if is worth and what is the best CDI for my Vega ZR. I understand that there are two CDI classes (DUAL and HYPERBAND).

        Dualband more better than hyperband, it is have 3 type, Standar-tune up,tune up-racing, racing-competition. It is 2 curve, can exchange by press button in switch.but i have a hyperband
        I think no problem for daily travel,,🙂

      • Cool thanks for the advices. Yes, if it is have Standard-tune up is possible use my Vega for Daily travels. In a standar engine what brand of CDI can give me more benefits? I think in a kit piston from Honda CS1 but for daily use will be a premature wear of my engine, although I guess that would not big difference only using the CDI Dual Band : (

      • For standar engine can use cdi varro, brt, mio fino thailand, old suzuki shogun 110,, but if you use cdi mio fino thailand or old shogun, you must change socket of cdi.
        If you use a piston kit cs 1, u must change valve with honda sonic valve, and change boring cylinder head with boring more than 58mm for more durabilitty engine for daily travel

  3. Ga mampu beli CDI BRT, jd make CDI rakitan di Smk trnyata lumayan jugak trikanya tp masih enak make CDI SHOGUN KEBO ga limmiter..

  4. yupp enakan pake cdi shogun kebo,dia uda ga pake limiter ,trus enaknya karna dia barang ori bro.jadi uda diset parikan,cuma ente kudu ganti kabel ke cdi,kalo daya tahan sih tergantung aki.makanya aki mas bro ga bole pake lampu variasi,bisa tekor tuh kalo ditarik ampe 12000 rpm.kan aki cuma pemasok srtum.tapi emang agak sulit cari cdi shogun kebo di daerah.

  6. Gan, Vega zr dengan mesin std kalo pake CDI BRT ada efek buruknya kaga ?
    Terus mau tanya, bagusnya pake type BRT yg mana kalo buat Vega zr ?
